Anthem BCBS Update

As we have passed the halfway mark into AEP, Anthem would like to say thank you for all of your efforts! There have been some longer than anticipated wait times when calling in for DSNP verification and Broker Support. Anthem is asking for your patience as one of their call centers was affected by the California wild fires and they had members of their Medicare team lose their homes and/or be displaced.

Envision RX Update On Enrollments

For the 2019 selling season Envision was requiring all applications be entered in online, in the broker portal. However after a few complaints and some issues with the broker portal, they are going to remove this requirement from agents.

Please be advised due to a system update, CMS has scheduled a black-out period from 8PM Friday, 11/9 through 6AM Monday, 11/15. During this time, WellCare wil NOT be receiving approval for applications.

Clear Spring And Eon Health Agents - Good News!

Clear Spring and Eon Health will be conducting three drawings for agents who qualify and the prize is mileage reimbursement for Clear Spring Health/Eon sales appointments with Medicare beneficiaries. The maximum reimbursement will be $500 in the form of a gas card. The agent will have to validate the mileage to get the reimbursement.
