With the new MBI Gateway Health is making some changes to the enrollment process for FAXED applications.

Currently if an application is faxed, Gateway Health is able to process and get the writing agent paid. Starting on 10/1/18, because of the MBI changes, there is an extra step an agent will need to take.

  1. Before faxing an application, agents will need to log on to the CRM system and do a Quick Form then fax the application.

OR

  1. Agents can take the app and they can input all info into the Enrollment Form on CRM instead of faxing.

Gateway Health is currently putting together a webinar on how to use the quick form and the enrollment form on CRM to help anyone that may need a refresher course. Please check back at a later date for an upate on the webinar.
