Here are a few things to look out for with Envision's contracting and certification process:
Recontracting invitations have been sent out again from a new address, [email protected], to work around firewalls and spam filters blocking the "donotreply" email address recontracting invitations were originally sent with.
If you are having issues with your Litmos certification test not appearing, there are two things you can do.
- Use a work station or a PC — Litmos does not run well on iPads or iPhones.
- Please turn off your popup blocker during the time you are certifying as popup blockers seem to be interfering with the certification from working properly.
