Due to system upgrade the following systems / teleservices lines will be down Friday, August 24th @ 7PM EST and Saturday, August 25th from 8:00AM – 8:00PM all time zones:

  • Appointment Verification Line (AVL)
  • Agent Assisted Online Application Tool (eApp)

For appointments and applications conducted on Friday, August 24th @ 7pm EST and Saturday, August 25th, please utilize 2018 paper applications and scope-of-appointment (SOA) forms. Continue with standard Medicaid verification processes by calling the Special Populations (SPOP) line: 866-211-0544.

Please resume standard business practices Sunday, August 26th as all systems and teleservices lines will be operating business as usual.
