SureBridge has added new information added to Chesapeake coverage issued/declined agent emails.
As you may have already noticed, the Coverage Issued emails you receive from SureBridge now provides a more inclusive list of your client(s) policies with the final policy decision made by Chesapeake.
In addition to listing the policies that were “issued”, the list now includes policies that were “declined” and “incompleted”, as well as policies that may have been “cancelled” prior to being issued. For policies that were declined and incompleted, the email provides only the first reason listed regardless of the number of reasons for the decline or incompletion.
