Humana's External Channel Order Site is down due to a certificate renewal issue.

They are working as quickly as possible to correct the issue. Agent Support is routing agents to use the Medicare Document Library until the site is back up and running. Partner office orders can be sent to [email protected] and they will direct it to the vendor. This issue should be resolved by Apr. 18th. Humana are working to try to resolve prior to this date.
