We wanted to let you know that some of our Coventry Individual plans are currently not displaying on the Marketplace website, HealthCare.gov.
This issue affects Silver plans in the
Alamance, Chatham, Cleveland, Davidson, Durham, Gaston, Granville, Guilford, Lincoln, Orange, Person, Randolph, Vance, and Wake.
We expect this issue to be fixed in December
We are working with the Federal Marketplace to address this issue. We expect it to be fixed in early December, prior to the December 15 deadline for enrolling in a January 1, 2015 plan.
This does not impact members who are automatically enrolled into these plans for 2015
We mapped some current members into these plans for their 2015 renewal. The display errors should not impact them. The plans are approved in North Carolina and certified by the federal government. Remember, if already subsidized, they do not need to take action to retain their current subsidy amounts – unless the federal government instructed them to make mandatory updates.
You can still quote these plans on our Coventry Online Assistant (COA) tool
You can still use the COA tool to quote these plans for your clients and determine subsidies. However, until this error is resolved, you will be unable to submit applications for Coventry's Silver plans in the affected counties.
Please note: You will still be able to advise new and renewing members who want to review their options.
