In a recent statement from Advicare we were informed of the following:
"We are committed to paying agents renewal commissions for members that are still a part of Advicare’s membership. In order to continue this, CMS requires any agent that we pay commissions to, be certified at the time we pay any commissions. If you are receiving this email, we believe that one or more of your members are still a part of an Advicare plan."
As our 2016 plan design went through CMS approved changes, our certification process was delayed. To make the certification easy in light of the delayed start, we will release our certification on Monday, December 28th electronically and will require that you fax/email your test back to Advicare along with your AHIP certification as well. This means that we will NOT require face to face certification as we did last year.
If you do not plan to keep your business with Advicare or do not have any business with Advicare, you may disregard this message.
