An error has been discovered on the Federal Marketplace.  It has come to our attention that some of your clients' 2016 ACA plans may have been mistakenly terminated as of 12/31/15 due to an error in the Federal Marketplace system, additionally, they may experience first month's premium payment issues for Aetna.

 

To assist your clients, log on to https://service.healthplan.com/aetna/binderto help them in paying their first month's premium. If your client is not found in the system, it will be necessary for you to call Aetna's on-exchange billing at (866) 336-8253.
