Americo has announced they've made updates to their existing. There is nothing that agents need to do. This is merely a notification that agents may click the link below to review the New Agent Agreement and print a copy for their files. This new agreement supersedes any prior contracts or agreements between the agent and any Americo Life, Inc. companies.

Liberty Bankers Life Insurance Company recently expanded the availability of its supplemental health product line to clients in Indiana. Effective May 23rd, agents selling Liberty Bankers Insurance can advertise Accident Plus, Cancer Plus, Critical Care Plus, and Heart & Stroke Plus to clients.
Americo has implemented updates to its Sustainability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulations. Appendix A, the Insurance Agent Disclosures for Annuities form, or form DFS-H1-1990, must now be submitted with all new annuity applications.

Johns Hopkins Health Plans is implementing a standardized process for agents in the Baltimore area to verify their prospective members' county of residence. Beginning on May 24, 2024, agents with Johns Hopkins Health Plans must use UnitedStatesZipCodes.org to verify whether their potential clients reside in Baltimore County or Anne Arundel County.
