We've heard your feedback and have made some significant changes to make the Wizard e-App process easier as we transition all our business to Wizard e-App over the next two months.
To ensure a smooth transition, please ensure all applications submitted through the Wizard e-App tool prior to June 1 are completed by 5pm CT on May 31 to prepare for our systems upgrade.
Important dates:
May 31: All apps must be completed by 5 pm
June 1: All new life e-applications will use the Wizard e-app tool.
June 17: All "forms-view" applications must be completed to prepare for the full system upgrade.
June 18: Wizard e-app will be exclusive tool for all F&G life business.

Aetna Medicare Solutions Announcement:
Due to changing industry dynamics, we’re discontinuing administrative fee payments for completing the health risk assessment (HRA) survey with your clients.
This change applies for all enrollments (MA, MAPD, D-SNP) submitted on and after June 1, 2024, for effective dates of July 1, 2024, and beyond.

Bankers Fidelity recently launched Atlantic Capital Life Assurance Company, a new Medicare supplement charter available in AL, AR, AZ, CO, GA, IN, MS, NM, NC, and TX. Medicare Supplement plans A, F, G, High Deductible G, K, and N are available to write in these states.
As of May 1, Molina Healthcare expanded its Medicare Advantage network to include Prisma Health, a private nonprofit health company. Prisma Health is South Carolina's largest healthcare organization, offering Molina Medicare access to its physician-led and clinically integrated network, inVio Health Network, which currently serves over 1.5 million patients annually across 21 counties.
Arkansas Health & Wellness recently announced a new agreement reached with Sevier County Medical Center in DeQueen for 2024. The agreement now allows the medical center to be considered in-network for AR Wellcare. This addition is being uploaded to the Find-A-Provider tool.
The US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) finalized a rule through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) that will expand healthcare access for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients under the Biden-Harris Administration. The rule will go into effect on November 1, 2024.
