Assurity Offers New Options for Post-Issue E-Signatures

Assurity now accepts electronic signatures for several post-issue forms and requests via DocuSign and Adobe Sign. Members using e-signatures to submit documents must also submit the Certificate of Completion from DocuSign or the Final Audit Report Adobe Acrobat Sign page for the signature to be accepted.

In the past four years, enrollment in Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) has doubled to more than five million individuals. The D-SNPs are meant to meet the needs of people who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
