FFM Certification 2026 Opens - Returning Agents Only

FFM Certification is open!

The Marketplace Learning Management System(MLMS) is a platform accessible via the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal that delivers online training content on the Marketplace. Agents and brokers can use the MLMS to access and complete Marketplace registration and training each year.

To access the MLMS:

1. Log into the CMS Enterprise Portal with your Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) User ID and password. If you have not already done so, you will have to set up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). After logging in, you’ll be navigated to the “My Portal” home page.
2. Click on the “Marketplace Training – Agent Broker” tile and then select the “MLMS Training” link.
3. The MLMS profile page will appear. Enter or update your business and/or professional contact information and click the “Save/Update” button followed by the “Next” button. You must ensure you first select “Save/Update” to ensure that your corrected information is saved. Afterward, you will be taken to the MLMS training landing page.

If you have not previously registered with the Marketplace, you will need to create a CMS Enterprise Portal user account before accessing the MLMS. Learn more about how to create a user account and become a Marketplace-registered agent or broker.
