SEP: Extended New York Emergency Declaration - Hospital Staffing Shortage

Please be advised that a state of emergency declaration was again extended, impacting individuals in all New York counties. This declaration allows for a one-time Special Enrollment Period (SEP), in the event beneficiaries were unable to make an election during another qualifying election period. Please reference the following guidelines for the incident period. This SEP applies to all New York counties.

Cigna: Update on Community Health Systems (CHS) in Alabama

After further discussion with Community Health Systems (CHS) in Alabama, Cigna has agreed to extend the network termination effective date from May 15, 2023, to August 1, 2023.
