Legacy Addendum protects an agent’s book of business and their legacy. Messer recognizes that agents spend their time working to protect their clients and wanted to provide the same security for Messer agents.
Messer Financial is the only insurance brokerage that provides a Legacy Addendum for their agents to ensure, that in the event of an agent’s death, their MA and ACA commissions can still be paid directly to their chosen beneficiaries – even if their beneficiaries do not have an insurance license.*
Legacy Addendum Highlights:

It is fully revokable at anytime |
The MA and ACA book of business is sold maintained by Messer |
Beneficiaries will be paid commissions for up to 10 years, and as long as the policies remain in place* |
Messer agrees to pay full amount of collected commissions (for as long as the policies are in place) to the agent’s beneficiaries
