Please Note: If you are selling on a State-based Exchange (SBE) and on the Marketplace (FFM), you need to complete BOTH your state-based 2024 certification and your CMS 2024 Marketplace certification. If you are selling on the Marketplace, your National Producer Number (NPN) must appear on CMS’s 2024 certification spreadsheet.
