1. Speedier Access: Agent's 'Book of Business' will now load much faster, ensuring they can view your members' details promptly and efficiently.
2. Streamlined Navigation: They've introduced a dedicated new page for brokers, making it easier to manage enrollments and member information.
3. Real-Time Member Updates: Agents can stay informed of the latest changes in their clients' details. Whether it's a change in address, primary doctor, or phone number, they will see these updates reflected instantly in the portal for the members where they are the agent of record.
