Humana's 2024 Optional Supplemental Benefit Plan Information

Please read below for Humana's important Optional Supplemental Benefit (OSB) plan information. 

Vision OSB Plans
Humana is not offering Vision OSBs on its 2024 Medicare Advantage plans as all MA/MAPD plans have embedded vision benefits. If you ordered OSB brochures indicating OSB VIS757 and VIS759, they are no longer necessary. Please discard.
 
Dental OSB Plans
Humana is offering Dental OSB plans but only the following plans are offered: DEN204, DEN205, DEN432 and DEN478. These plan offerings are not available in all service areas. Agents and beneficiaries should always check the summary of benefits to verify OSB options are still offered and available for their plan and service area.
 
Note: The Enrollment Forms and Enrollment Receipts may have OSB options listed which are not available on any of the 2024 plans. Please be aware and ensure you and your beneficiaries do not attempt to select/enroll in those options.
 
The following dental and vision OSB plans are NOT being offered for 2024:
 

• MyOption^SM Dental – High (DEN838)
• MyOption Platinum Dental (DEN887)
• MyOption DEN206
• MyOption DEN207
• MyOption Plus (VIS759/DEN843)
• MyOption Vision (VIS757)
