Alignment Healthcare is excited to announce their 5 Star Rating for North Carolina! Introducing their Heart & Diabetes (C-SNP) 005 and Flex Card benefit, which debit benefit preloaded on the ACCESS Card with the FLEXallowance amount (quarterly, semi-annual based on plan). Allowance can be used to pay for vision, hearing, dental, acupuncture, and chiropractic services.
