Highlights of December’s Pennie Community Workgroup

In case you missed it, below are the highlights of December’s Pennie Community Workgroup. 

December's Workgroup included important reminders on:

• The Open Enrollment deadlines, autorenewals details and eligibility for Medicaid/CHIP
  
  • All three of these have action needed by Friday, December 15^th! Don't miss out, and don't hesitate!
• Pennie-Certified Assister and Broker training
  • Annual training is required to continue certification into 2024.
  • The Broker Recertification deadline is December 15, 2023.
  • The Assister Recertification deadline is December 31, 2023.
  • Go to agency.pennie.com to complete the relevant training.
• Notes on Pennie Logo Usage
  • Standard Pennie logos, marks, monograms, and slogans cannot be re-created or edited outside of the Pennie organization
  • Pennie-Certified Broker logos are available for all Pennie brokers who have completed 2024 Pennie Broker Training (for either new broker or recertifying brokers)
  • The Pennie Broker logo can be requested at pennie.com/requestsupport

• Provider Search Instructions
  • Pennie’s integrated provider search lets you see which plans your provider is in-network during plan shopping.
  • Provider search is available in the following:
    • Browse for Plans (with no login required)
    • Shop for Plan (within the login from a customer’s account)

Pennie's call center hours are as follows: The call center is open from Monday through to Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM. Pennie's Call Center is also available to take your calls on Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM.

Pennie Customer Service will be open until 10 pm on Friday, December 15^th
