Highmark's Exciting Changes for their 2024 OTC Benefit
You've asked, and you have received! Highmark is happy to announce they're improving their OTC Benefit experience for their members. Beginning 1/1/2024, members will enjoy increased product offerings, more user-friendly website features, the ability to track orders and monitor OTC allowance, and an overall improved customer service experience.
In addition to these experiential upgrades, there are updated ordering procedures to be aware of. Please read below to see what you and your clients need to know!
To Place an Order Online as of 1/1/2024
- Visit ShopHighmarkOTC.com and login by entering your Highmark member ID number, date of birth, and first and last name
To Place an Order Over the Phone as of 1/1/2024
- call 1-800-560-9712 (TTY 711) Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm ET
To Receive a Copy of the OTC Catalog as of 1/1/2024
- Download and print a copy directly from ShopHighmarkOTC.com, or call 1-800-560-9712(TTY 711) to have a copy mailed to your home.
You may view your book of business for Highmark on the Producer Portal. After logging into your Medicare Dashboard, click on Highmark Hub under Quick Links. There, you will see a Dashboard detailing your New Enrollments, Medicare Book of Business, and New Application Status. You can search your Medicare Book of Business from the left navigation pane.
