Wellcare: New Jersey Liberty D-SNP Available Through Ascend!

Wellcare is excited to announce that the Wellcare New Jersey Liberty Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) application is now available through Ascend Enrollment Platform. Features available for these enrollments through Ascend include Quoting, Enrollment Submission, and Health Risk Assessmentcompletions.

Wellcare apologizes for the inconvenience that this has had on all of you, and hope they are able to close out AEP strong with their DSNP Liberty plan.

Just a reminder that as of the latest broker communication on Friday November 4, 2022, the VBE for D-SNPs was increased to $225 for anyone who completes the HRA.
