You Can Now Submit Clear Spring Health Applications Online Through SunFire
In case we missed you the first time...we are excited to announce that you can now submit Clear Spring Health applications online through SunFire.
To access the platform click below:
Username = Your username is the email address you provided at the time of onboarding.
Password = Your default password to access SunFire is generated using the below formula:
X# + [NPN] + first 3 letters of last name in lower case (no spaces and no + signs)
For example, John Smith with an NPN of 44332211 would have this password: X#44332211smi
Following your first login, you will be able to reset your password if you’d like.
