Clarification For CoxHealth and Ambetter In Missouri
CoxHealth is a 2023 in-network provider for Ambetter Health plans in the state of Missouri.
Recently, CoxHealth sent a notice to their providers informing them of their contract termination with Home State Health Managed Medicaid plan. The notice also mentioned the termination did not include Ambetter Health, Wellcare, and Wellcare by Allwell.
Some CoxHealth providers were confused by the notice, thinking it applied to all four Centene products offered in Missouri. It does not. CoxHealth is a 2023 in-network provider for Ambetter Health plans in the state of Missouri.
