CHC services have been partially restored with Humana, allowing Humana’s Enrollment Department to resume Medicaid eligibility verification processes. For many beneficiaries, this verification was paused during the CHC outage. With the eligibility verification resuming, Humana will deny enrollment requests if Medicaid eligibility cannot be verified.

The Great Western Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Wellabe, announced that multifactor authentication will be coming to the agent portal, limiting access to the portal from 8 a.m. on June 29 until 8 a.m. on July 1. Agents will not be able to login or view information stored on the portal during this window.

Transact America is updating its payment authorization forms.

Starting June 16, 2024, the updated Payment Authorization form series will be available on the portals for new business and in force Transamerica Lifetime, Final Expense Solutions Portfolio, Transamerica Financial Foundation IUL (FFIUL), Transamerica Financial Choice IUL (FCIUL), Trendsetter Super Series, and Trendsetter LB products.
